Section R. 325.3252 - Certified copies of replacement records; requirementsRule 2.
(1) A certified copy of an addended record shall show all of the following on its face:(a) The information from the registered record.(b) The addended information.(c) The basis for the addendum.(2) A certified copy of an amended record shall show on its face all amendment notations and shall be marked "amended."(3) A certified copy of a new record shall not show on its face evidence of the changes made.Mich.
