Section R. 325.10407 - Special notice of the availability of unregulated contaminant monitoring resultsRule 407.
(1) A community or nontransient, noncommunity water supply required to monitor under 40 CFR 141.40, as referenced in R 325.10401a, shall notify persons served by the water supply of the availability of the results of such sampling not later than 12 months after the monitoring results are known.(2) The form and manner of the public notice shall follow the requirements for a tier 3 public notice under R 325.10404 (3), (4) (a) and (c). The notice shall also identify a person and provide the telephone number to contact for information on the monitoring results.Mich. Admin. Code R. 325.10407
