Section R. 325.12811 - Disbursement of grant assistanceRule 2811.
(1) The department shall disburse the grant assistance upon submittal of a project report demonstrating that the applicant has completed the grant-eligible activities identified in the grant application.(2) The department may provide a partial disbursement of the grant assistance upon submittal of a project report demonstrating that the applicant has completed a corresponding and appropriate portion of the grant-eligible activities identified in the grant application. A partial disbursement of the grant assistance shall not exceed 50% of the total cost of the corresponding and appropriate portion of the grant-eligible activities for which the partial disbursement is requested.Mich.
