Section R. 325.12804 - Long-term commitment to source water protectionRule 2804.
(1) A grant applicant shall demonstrate a long-term commitment to the development, implementation, and maintenance of a source water protection program by providing both of the following:(a) A time line for completion of the grant-eligible activities.(b) A time line for the completion of each of the elements required of a state-approved source water protection program.(2) The applicant shall demonstrate the establishment of a local team whose goal is to facilitate the development, implementation, and maintenance of a source water protection program.Mich.
