Section R. 325.12602 - Application for approval of sourceRule 2602.
(1) A person providing bottled drinking water shall submit an application to the department requesting approval of the source of water being used or planned to be used for bottled water. A person may request approval of more than 1 source of water on a single application.(2) After receipt of the application, the department may approve the source or sources of water upon a finding that the source or sources meet the state drinking water standards and the requirements of the act and these rules.(3) A person shall not use a source of water for bottled water unless prior approval from the department has been obtained.Mich.
