Section R. 325.11907 - Advisory board; terms of office; filling vacanciesRule 1907.
(1) The members of the advisory board shall be appointed by the director pursuant to the provisions of section 9 of the act for a term of 3 years each. Members of the advisory board may be reappointed.(2) Member vacancies in an unexpired term shall be filled by the director by appointment to complete the 3-year term.Mich. Admin. Code R. 325.11907
