Section R. 325.3393 - Certification of status of complianceRule 93.
(1) The initial certification of compliance indicating the park is licensable shall be issued by the department of health to the department of commerce if materials submitted pursuant to R 325.3391 document that the mobile home park or seasonal mobile home park is licensable.(2) The status of a mobile home park or seasonal mobile home park shall be reviewed annually. The review shall be based upon a completed annual inspection report and other pertinent information. The certification issued by the department of health shall contain 1 of the following recommendations: (a) The mobile home park or seasonal mobile home park is licensable.(b) The mobile home park or seasonal mobile home park is licensable, provided that certain conditions are met. The conditions shall be listed on the certifications.(c) The mobile home park or seasonal mobile home park is not licensable because of items of noncompliance. The items not in compliance with the act or rules shall be listed on the certification. The applicant shall be notified of the items of noncompliance.Mich. Admin. Code R. 325.3393
