Section R. 325.3391 - Initial certification of complianceRule 91.
(1) A person requesting certification of a new mobile home park or seasonal mobile home park, or portion thereof, or an addition to an existing mobile home park or seasonal mobile home park shall submit all of the following to the department of commerce:(a) A request for certification and the application for license.(b) An affidavit as prescribed by section 14 of the act. The affidavit shall attest that all health aspects are completed pursuant to the approved plans and specifications.(c) Certification from the state or local plumbing authority that the sewer system complies with the provisions of the state plumbing code, being R 408.30701 et seq. of the Michigan Administrative Code.(d) Certification from the state or local electrical authority that the electrical system complies with the regulations of the state electrical administrative board.(e) Two copies of the final plans (as built plans) submitted to the department of commerce pursuant to R 125.1913 of the Michigan Administrative Code.(2) Upon receipt of the required materials and the request for certification from the department of commerce, the health department shall arrange an inspection of the health aspects of the mobile home park or seasonal mobile home park. Once the inspection is completed and the inspection report is received, the health department shall review the proposal pursuant to R 325.3393.Mich. Admin. Code R. 325.3391
