(1) Construction of mobile home park or seasonal mobile home park facilities under the provisions of these rules shall be made pursuant to approved plans, unless changes are approved in writing by the health department and the design engineer or architect before construction.(2) An alteration to a mobile home park or seasonal mobile home park that involves only health aspects shall not require approval by the department of commerce, except as provided in R 325.3384(2).
