Section R. 325.3314 - Investigation; inspection of mobile home park premisesRule 14.
(1) The health department may make investigations it considers necessary to determine if a person violated or is about to violate the act or these rules or an order issued under the act. The health department may inspect any mobile home park or seasonal mobile home park premises falling within the provisions of the act and rules promulgated pursuant to the provisions of the act.(2) The local health department may inspect a mobile home park or seasonal mobile home park premises upon request of the health department and as otherwise provided in the act.Mich.
