Section R. 325.1581 - Garbage and refuse disposal; insect controlRule 31.
(1) Disposal of garbage and refuse shall be in accordance with state and local law, ordinances, and rules. A sufficient number of containers shall be provided for the storage of garbage and other refuse. Garbage and refuse shall be collected and disposed of as often as necessary to prevent overflow, nuisance or odor, but not less than once each week. Containers shall be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition.(2) Measures shall be taken to reduce populations of mosquitoes and other insects of public health importance in a campground.Mich.
