Section R. 336.1952 - Emissions standards for hazardous waste combustors

Rule 952.

(1) The provisions of 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart EEE, are adopted by reference in R 336.1902. The owner or operator of a facility subject to the provisions of "National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants from Hazardous Waste Combustors," 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart EEE, shall comply with those provisions.

(2) For purposes of this rule, the terms "administrator" and "EPA" as used in 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart EEE mean the department.
