Section R. 336.1942 - Emission standards for asbestos

Rule 942.

(1) The provisions of 40 C.F.R. Part 61, Subpart M, are adopted by reference in R 336.1902. A person that is subject to the provisions of "National Emission Standards for Asbestos," 40 C.F.R. Part 61, Subpart M, shall comply with those provisions.

(2) For the purpose of this rule, the terms "administrator" and "EPA" as used in 40 C.F.R. Part 61, Subpart M mean the department.
