Section R. 336.1940 - Ethylene Oxide Emissions Standards for Sterilization Facilities

Rule 940.

(1) The provisions of 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart O, are adopted by reference in R 336.1902. A person responsible for the operation of a facility subject to the provisions of "Ethylene Oxide Emissions Standards for Sterilization Facilities," 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart O, shall comply with those provisions.

(2) For the purpose of this rule, the terms "administrator" and "EPA" as used in 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart O mean the department.
