Section R. 336.1366 - Visible emissions from hot metal desulphurization operations at steel manufacturing facilitiesRule 366.
(1) A person shall not cause or permit to be discharged to the outer air, from a hot metal desulphurization operation stack, a visible emission with a density of more than 20% opacity.(2) A person shall not cause or permit to be discharged to the outer air from a building or enclosure containing a hot metal desulphurization operation, a fugitive visible emission with a density of more than 20% opacity.(3) Compliance with the limits of this rule shall be determined using reference method 9C.Mich. Admin. Code R. 336.1366
