Section R. 336.1351 - Charging hole emissions from coke ovensRule 351.
(1) A person shall not cause or permit to be discharged into the outer air any visible emission from any coke oven charging hole, except that visible emissions may be emitted from not more than 4% of all charging holes on a coke battery.(2) Compliance with the limit specified in this rule shall be determined using reference test method 9B.Mich. Admin. Code R. 336.1351
