Section R. 336.2199 - Exemptions from continuous emission monitoring requirements

Rule 1199. The requirements of R 336.2101, R 336.2102, and R 336.2103 do not apply to either of the following:

(a) A source subject to a new source performance standard promulgated in the standards of performance for new stationary sources, 40 C.F.R. Part 60, adopted by reference in

R 336.1299. (b) A source is not subject to an applicable emission standard.
