Section R. 336.1123 - Definitions; WRule 123. As used in these rules:
(a) "Waxy, heavy pour crude oil" means any of the following:(i) A crude oil with a pour point of 30 degrees Fahrenheit or higher as determined by the standard test method set forth in ASTMD97, entitled "Test Method for Pour Point of Petroleum Oils," adopted by reference in R 336.1902.(ii) A crude oil containing more than 2.5% N-paraffin content (C-17 to C-40).(iii) A crude oil with a viscosity of more than 500 seconds universal sayboldt (SUS) at 20 degrees Fahrenheit.(b) "Wayne county permit" means a permit or a certificate of operation issued pursuant to the Wayne county air pollution control ordinance adopted pursuant to the home rule charter for Wayne county, resolution no. 85-305, as amended by resolution no. 89-213.(c) "Weight of evidence," a term of art, means a description of the likelihood that a chemical is a human carcinogen based on evaluation of tumor data from human or animal studies and examination of relevant supporting information, including any of the following information: (i) Structure-activity relationships.(ii) Short-term test findings.(iii) Results of appropriate physiological, biological, and toxicological observations.(iv) Comparative metabolism and pharmacokinetic studies.Mich.
