(1) Buildings in which type I, II, III, and IV dry cleaning systems are installed shall be structures with concrete floors in good condition.(2) A dry cleaning establishment shall not be located in a basement or other location which is difficult to ventilate. An exception may be granted when, due to special construction, location, or use, the installation will not create a potential hazard to the occupants or the public, as determined by the department.Mich.
