Section R. 325.17302 - License applications; feesRule 302.
(1) The owner or operator of a type I, II and/or III dry cleaning establishment shall submit the fee prescribed in section 5i of the fire prevention code together with the application.(2) The owner or operator of a type IV dry cleaning establishment shall submit the fee prescribed in section 13306 of the public health code together with the application.(3) Payment of the license application fee shall be by check or money order made payable to: "state of Michigan."(4) A dry cleaning establishment shall not be operated without a license issued pursuant to the public health code for type IV establishments or a certificate issued pursuant to the fire prevention code for type I, II or III establishments.Mich.
