Section 36.10.18.01 - General

Unless context or the individual regulation dictates otherwise, for purposes of COMAR 36.10.18, "sports wagering licensee" includes:

A. Mobile sports wagering licensee;

B. Online sports wagering operator licensee.

C. Sports wagering facility licensee; and

D. Sports wagering facility operator licensee.
