Section 33.07.06.01 - Scope

This chapter applies only to an individual who:

A. Registered to vote in Maryland after January 1, 2003;

B. Submitted the voter registration application by mail or is required to provide personal identification information to complete a verification inquiry under COMAR 33.05.04.04A;

C. Is voting in Maryland for the first time after January 1, 2004; and

D. Is voting in person at the polls.
