Section 32.03.05.02 - Definitions

A. In this chapter, the following terms have the meanings indicated.

B. Term's Defined.

(1) "Department" means the Maryland Department of Aging

(2) "Program" means the Senior Call-Check Service and Notification Program.

(3) "Secretary" means the Secretary of Aging.
