Section 32.03.04.04 - Issuance of a Certificate
The Department may not issue a certificate until:
A. A completed application for certification has been submitted to the Department;B. The Department has verified that the requirements in Regulation .03 of this chapter have been met; andC. The Department has inspected and approved the facility.
