Section 32.01.01.10 - Posthearing SubmissionsA. The presiding officer may require the parties to submit posthearing briefs, and may also require the submission of proposed findings of fact and proposed conclusions of law.B. The presiding officer, by appropriate order, may: (1) Establish a schedule for the filing of posthearing submissions;(2) Require the parties to address specified issues; and(3) Establish page limitations or other restrictions on the scope of posthearing submissions.Md.
