Section 31.02.05.03 - ApplicationsA. A person or governmental unit may request to the Insurance Commissioner, in writing, to inspect or copy public records of the Administration.B. A written request shall contain: (1) The applicant's name ;(2) The applicant's mailing address or electronic mail address; and(3) A brief description of the record sought.Md. Code Regs. 31.02.05.03
