Section 28.03.01.05 - Assessment of Penalties for Insufficient Checks

A. A personal check that is returned for insufficient funds shall be turned over to the Central Collection Unit of the Department of Budget and Fiscal Planning for collection.

B. An additional fee of $25 shall be assessed on all checks returned for insufficient funds.
