Section 26.21.03.05 - Requests for Contested Case Hearings

A person on the interested persons list aggrieved by the decision of the Department regarding establishment of the zone of dewatering influence may request a contested case hearing as provided in Environment Article, § 5-204, Annotated Code of Maryland.
