Section 26.20.21.11 - Postmining Rehabilitation of Sedimentation Ponds, Diversions, Impoundments, and Treatment Facilities

Before final bond release of the permit area, the permittee shall renovate all permanent sedimentation ponds, diversions, impoundments, and treatment facilities to meet criteria specified in the detailed design plan of the permanent structures and impoundments.
