Section 26.20.11.02 - Right to PetitionA. A person having an interest which is or may be adversely affected has the right to petition the Bureau to have an area designated as unsuitable for surface coal mining operations, or to have an existing designation terminated.B. For the purpose of this chapter, a person having an interest which is or may be adversely affected shall demonstrate how the person:(1) Meets an "injury in fact" test by describing the injury to the person's specifically affected interests; and(2) Is among the injured.Md.
