Section 26.20.08.03 - Reclamation Requirements

The Bureau may not give written approval to any prospecting operation proposed to be conducted or controlled by a person who has failed to reclaim any other prospecting or surface coal mining operation in accordance with the reclamation requirements applicable to that operation.
