Section 26.20.06.03 - Judicial ReviewA. Any applicant or any person with an interest which is or may be adversely affected, who has participated in administrative proceedings under this chapter as an objector, and who is aggrieved by a decision of the Department, or if the Department fails to act within a time limit specified in this subtitle, has the right to appeal in accordance with State Government Article, Title 10, Subtitle 2, Annotated Code of Maryland.B. If the final Department decision is to issue a permit, initiation of judicial review procedures does not automatically stay the issuance under the Regulatory Program.Md. Code Regs. 26.20.06.03
