Section 26.19.01.05 - Completion of Seismic Permit Operations

A. Within 30 days after the completion of seismic work, the permittee shall notify the Department of the status of the operation in writing.

B. Reclamation work shall be completed within 30 days of the completion of seismic work as required by the permit.
