Section 26.15.01.01 - General

A. This chapter provides definitions of terms, general standards, and overview information applicable to this subtitle.

B. This subtitle sets forth the regulations that govern the management of radioactive hazardous substances (RHS).

C. Nothing in this chapter releases the radioactive hazardous substances generator (RHSG) from requirements prescribed in COMAR 26.13.01-26.13.13, 26.11.01.21 s, 26.12.01.01 s, or any other applicable state, federal, or local law or regulation.
