Section 26.13.12.04 - Shipping Papers

A generator of special medical waste who transports, or offers for transportation, special medical waste for off-site treatment, storage, or disposal shall prepare shipping papers in accordance with the requirements of 49 CFR 172.200 ----- 172.204, which are incorporated by reference in COMAR 26.13.12.01 s B(5).
