Section 26.13.10.29 - Standards Applicable to Emergency ResponsesA. The following requirements are applicable to explosives and munitions emergencies involving military munitions or explosives: COMAR 26.13.03.01 s J, 26.13.04.01 s A(4), 26.13.05.01 s A(3)(h) and D(5)-(6), 26.13.06.01 s A(4)(h) and (5), and 26.13.07.01 s A.B. If not exempted under the regulations cited in §A of this regulation, explosives and munitions emergencies involving military munitions or explosives may be subject to COMAR 26.13.07.14 s, which concerns emergency permits.Md.
