Section 26.13.06.24 - Thermal Treatment and Open Burning
A. Except as provided in §B of this regulation, an owner or operator of a facility in which thermal treatment and open burning is conducted shall comply with 40 CFR §§ 265.370- 265.382, which is incorporated by reference in COMAR 26.13.01.05 s B(1)(b).
B. For the purposes of this regulation:
(1) Owners and operators of thermal treatment devices subject to this regulation may not burn EPA Hazardous Wastes F020, F021, F022, F023, F026, or F027; and
(2) In 40 CFR § 265.370, delete the clause "and Subpart H of part 266, if the unit is a boiler or industrial furnace as defined in § 260.10 ".
