Section 26.11.23.09 - Project Designer Training Course Requirements

A. The project designer's training course shall include lectures, demonstration, a field trip, course review, and a written examination.

B. The abatement project designer's training course shall adequately address the training topics as described in 40 CFR Part 763 (1997), Appendix C to Subpart E-----Asbestos Model Accreditation Plan, I. B. Initial Training: 5. Project Designer. (a) Background information on asbestos through (t) Course Review, which is incorporated by reference.
