The Approving Authority has identified the treatment technologies appearing at 40 CFR §§ 141.62(c) and (d) and 142.61(a) as the best technology, treatment techniques, or other means available for achieving compliance with the maximum contaminant level for inorganic constituents listed in Regulation .06 of this chapter.
