Section 21.05.13.02 - Conditions for UseA. The master contracting procurement method is the exclusive method by which master contractor agreements may be awarded. Only a designated procurement unit may use the master contracting procurement method for selecting qualified bidders or offerors to be awarded master contractor agreements B.
