Section 20.79.04.02 - Description of Transmission LineThe description of a proposed transmission line or modification to an existing transmission line shall include, to the extent feasible at the time of application, the:
A. Engineering and construction features, including the:(1) Width, length, and total acreage of the right-of-way;(4) Number of circuits per structure;(5) Structure type and dimensions;(6) Conductor configuration and size;(7) Nominal capacity (MVA); and(8) Nominal length of span between structures;B. Property or property right acquired or to be acquired;C. Access roads for construction or maintenance either existing or to be built;D. Location and identification of the following sites from which the project would be clearly visible: (6) Wildlife management area; andE. Location and identification of all portions of the right-of-way requiring construction within the 100-year floodplain of any stream;F. Location and identification of any public airport 1 mile or less from the transmission line; andG. Depiction on suitable topographic map (minimum scale: 1 inch = 2,000 feet) of §§B-F of this regulation.Md. Code Regs. 20.79.04.02
