Section 20.53.05.01 - Electric Energy SchedulingA. A utility and a supplier shall follow the energy scheduling procedures of the regional transmission organization designated for Maryland by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.B. Coordination of Energy Schedules. (1) A supplier may use more than one scheduling coordinator.(2) Unless otherwise provided by mutual agreement between a supplier and a utility, a utility shall accommodate at least ten supplier scheduling coordinators.Md.
