Section 20.45.08.03 - Grounding - Standard Codes

Each utility shall use the applicable provisions in the National Electrical Code and in the National Electrical Safety Code, which have been incorporated by reference in COMAR 20.50.02.02A, for the grounding of circuits and equipment.
