Section 17.04.11.28 - Annual Reporting RequirementsA. By February 1, each unit subject to the State Personnel Management System shall submit an annual report to the Secretary which includes the following information from the preceding calendar year:(1) Total number of employees in the unit;(2) Aggregate amounts of annual, personal, and sick leave taken by the employees of the unit; and(3) Categories and amounts of other leave taken by employees of the unit.B. The annual report submitted by each unit shall be in a format required by the Secretary. The Department of Budget and Management shall maintain a central data base on the reports required in §A of this regulation.Md. Code Regs. 17.04.11.28
