Section 17.04.02.01 - Classification of Positions
A. The classification of positions is governed by State Personnel and Pensions Article, Title 4, Subtitle 2, Annotated Code of Maryland.
B. A grievance involving a position reclassification is governed by State Personnel and Pensions Article, 7-102(e), 12-101(b)(2), and 12-205, Annotated Code of Maryland, and COMAR 17.04.06.05D.
