Section 15.16.02.03 - Definitions

A. In this chapter, the following terms have the meanings indicated.

B. Terms Defined.

(1) "Activity" means economic development, education, marketing, research, or promotion.

(2) "Board" means the Maryland Horse Industry Board.

(3) "Equine" means relating to the horse family, and includes horses, mules, donkeys, and ponies.
