Section 14.39.04.03 - Methods of Project Delivery

For a public school construction project, an LEA may use one of the following methods:

A. General contracting; or

B. Alternative project delivery including:

(1) Construction management agency;

(2) Construction management at risk;

(3) Design build; and

(4) Job order contracting.
