Section 14.35.08.06 - Certification Term, Renewal, Reinstatement, and Suspension or Revocation

A. Term. A captive producer authorization expires 2 years after the date it is issued unless it is renewed.

B. Renewal. A captive producer shall apply for renewal of authorization in accordance with the requirements set forth under COMAR 14.35.05.02.

C. Suspension or Revocation. The Exchange may suspend or revoke a captive producer authorization for the reasons listed under Insurance Article, § 31-113(l)(1), Annotated Code of Maryland.
