Section 14.30.05.03 - Beginning and Ending of Time PeriodsA. A time period is computed beginning with the day after the act or event which initiates the period and concludes with the last day of the period.B. A time period which would otherwise end on a weekend, State holiday, or day the State is closed for business instead ends on the following business day.C. For time periods of fewer than 10 days, weekend days, State holidays, and days the State is closed for business do not count in computing the time period.Md. Code Regs. 14.30.05.03
