Section 14.04.09.03 - Definitions

A. In this chapter, the following terms have the meanings indicated.

B. Terms Defined.

(1) "Maryland Equity Investment Fund" means the investment program established by §10-487 of the Act.

(2) "Qualified business" has the meaning stated in §10-487(a)(4) of the Act.
